That’s why your plan needs to be definitive. It’s you speaking. There should be no room for interpretation– because a builder’s interpretation of how your home should look may not be yours. And it’s your home, not his.

With our in-depth design service we remove the interpretation. We will review and critique your existing plans or create new ones from the drafting table to provide a definitive plan—working drawings that any builder can follow. By considering form and function of room layouts, incorporating key architectural design elements and making allowances for appliance and furniture placement, we will achieve the desired outcome of your project, your home, your dream.

Some people have said that building their new home was one of the most stressful and challenging undertakings. We believe it should be one of the most rewarding. It all starts with the first meeting, listening to our clients desires and needs, offering as much personal attention needed to identify as many milestones that may have to be overcome prior to any physical construction as well as dealing with Provincial and Municipal requirements to ensure that their project is attainable. We will provide a realistic cost using either the Turn Key or Cost Plus method based on the client’s plans and specifications. It is our guarantee to complete a detailed review of plans and specifications with our clients prior to signing any agreements to ensure no questions are left unanswered and that all elements necessary to achieve their dreams are not overlooked. This will be beneficial in saving both time and money.
Realistic timelines are set and the process begins. As our client you will be involved in the whole construction process as much as your schedule will allow, key event site meetings will be scheduled at your option. We become your advocate and identify deadlines for selections and decisions as the project progresses. Our focus is on seeing that your home stays on time, and on budget.
